Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension and the associated balance being frozen:

• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.

Kxb8 may close an account on its own initiative, and users may also request to close their account themselves.

Closed by kxb8: kxb8 may close an account without prior notice in cases of terms violations, evidence of fraud, or legal reasons. In such cases, any legitimate balance (excluding bonuses) is generally returned, though it may be held during an ongoing investigation.

Self-Closure: You can permanently or temporarily close your account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing. Requests to reopen an account closed for responsible gaming reasons will not be considered until at least 30 days have passed.
